Critique My Resume Please

Also it's not just that your font is huge on your resume, the relative sizes between fonts isn't scaled appropriately and the space in between sections is not efficient. If you post a .doc or .docx version of it I'll repost it for you to demonstrate what I mean. -
DoubleNNs Member Posts: 2,015 ■■■■■□□□□□So, w/ creating a .docx version I ran into a lot more formatting problems - especially with how exactly I should display my section headers.
I also ended up feeling the need to get rid of the "Certifications" section due to formatting issues. I don't like that tho. I feel like my 3 certs at the moment are the highlight of my resume and really the biggest accomplishment I can present to an employer to persuade them to hire me in an IT role. And, at the end of the day I worked hard for them - I want to show them off.
My "Certifications" section, however, was very short and made the resume look more awkward than it does now. Still, adding my certs to the end of my "Summary of Skills" section makes me feel like they're overshadowed and might be easily overlooked in the 10 seconds a recruiter gives my resume.
(If you disagree with my concerns, feel free to say so.)
I got rid of the "Entrepreneurship" section and combined it with my "Work Experience" section, as suggested.
Also, how is the actual content and wording of the resume? Can someone help make my objective statement read better? I put "Senior Status - Currently Not Enrolled" for my college education. Technically I dropped out. I don't know if this is the correct way of writing that information.
I actually plan to go back to school this summer and hope to finish my BA in 2014. However, depending on the job I get I may or may not be able to stay there and go to school at the same time. I don't want potential employers to get the impression that I'll only be there short term, so I want to leave my anticipated graduation date off and just tell them "I left due to financial problems and plan on going back to finish whenever possible" but leave it open. Does this sound like a good idea?
Any other critiques are very much appreciated. I want to do some hardcore applying this week.Goals for 2018:

DoubleNNs Member Posts: 2,015 ■■■■■□□□□□Did even more work - changed font to Times New Roman, resized the sections, and changed the margins some. But I still don't know what to do about the section headers.
I edited the content in my summary of skills section a lot. Did some unnoticeable changes in the individual roles.
I'm contemplating putting my "Certifications" section above the "Education" section as previously suggested. It's too easy to overlook that single line in the summary of skills, even if it comes 1st.
Any advice would be appreciated.Goals for 2018:

DoubleNNs Member Posts: 2,015 ■■■■■□□□□□I've made further changes to my resume. But I'm not posting it since I'm not here to ask for help.
My latest draft of my resume has been getting hits. Just wanted to thank everyone who contributed to this thread, especially for being patient while I spammed the thread with walls of texts and shameless bumps.
Just hope you guys see this.
I appreciate each and every one of you. And even if I ultimately didn't fit it into my resume, I also appreciate each piece of advice given. I'd be lost without this community.Goals for 2018:
