MS Exchange Experience

Hi Everyone,
I have been at the same job for a few years now. My current employer is a 100% Lotus Notes for email and databases. I have become very good at managing the system.
Lately, I've felt it's time to look around for something else, and just about 100% of the openings in my area are MS Exchange related. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can try to become exposed to MS Exchange? Or if anyone else has been in the same situation?
Thank you...

There are lots of Exchange-only or Exchange-heavy positions, but I've found it's more often an aspect of a generalist sysadmin's job, at least in getting started. I think if you look around, you will find such positions. They will ask for Exchange, but lots of them won't say no to a well rounded background that has Lotus instead. A consulting company like the one I worked for might even see opportunity there, because in getting their customers to switch from Lotus/Domino to Outlook/Exchange, it's much easier to teach someone who knows the former Exchange that the latter Domino.
