Oh okay, I see. I think that makes more sense now. I can certainly see how that can work out, obviously with a ton of variables on both our perspectives. Taking 2 years doesn't imply you will know more and taking 1 year doesn't imply you will know less. As most things in life, there are different answers for different people. But yea, it makes sense, if your highly self motivated and can properly assert your one year of college effectively to know everything B would know in 2 years, at the end of the two years it's very well possible A could know more than B would. Or in my previous case B would come out ahead. Of course if money is a primary issue, there is no situation in which B comes ahead lol. It is interesting...well that's a reason i join forums, diversity in views.

I'm 44 and I had a few chats with a very informative counselor at WGU a few months ago. Unfortunately, WGU doesn't accept transfers of credits more than 15 years old so between family and work, I decided to put off enrolling. I may get my degree some day but I have been saying that for the last 20 years.

I hope you do it - I'm rooting for you... icon_thumright.gificon_thumright.gif I wish you good karma.

    Thank you!!!!!:D
