How the EIGRP router learn the bandwidth/delay?
johnifanx98
EIGRP router needs bandwidth/delay to a specific destination to calculate the FD or whatever. However, how an EIGRP router learns such parameters? I don't see such values in topology table. Are they manually specified?

Bandwidth and delay (along with the rest of the parameters that can be used for EIGPR metric calculation) are communicated in update packets.

Are they stored in neighborship table or topology table?

Topology table. Use the command 'show ip eigrp topology <network>' and it will show you these details.
