CEH Exam

I have Master Degree and have 12 years of Experience in Web Application Development. (15 years overall in IT)

I am planing to get the CEH and wondering which path should I take.

I will be using my money and not company's money so it does matter that should I do the self study or go with their training.

Do I need anything other than
1. CEH Certified Ethical Hacker All-in-One Exam Guide by Matt Walker
2. CEH-Official Certified Ethical Hacker Review Guide by Kimberly Graves

Need input from someone like me who start the the self study and passed.

I am much like you (except probably 45 years older). If you have enough experience in security work, you can qualify for self-study. Otherwise you need to take their (expensive) course.

I self-studied, but am a good study in general. Used only the AiO. Passed the first time.
