I have a Cisco Pro 2514, and a Cisco 2503 router.
when I get them setup I can do debug ip rip, debug ip ospf packet, or basically any debug command on the 2514 and it never displays the output. On the 2503 router everything works as it should.
Do you guys know of anyway to do diagnostics on the 2514 router?
thanks for any ideas or suggestions.

kplab Member Posts: 101Are you connecting to the 2514 through telnet session? If so, have you issued the "terminal monitor" command to enable displaying of debug messages in the telnet session?KPLAB

kypumper Member Posts: 35 ■■□□□□□□□□I will try that today thanks for the reply. I may have been accessing via telnet now that I think of it, but I will verify today if the debug commands work with a console cable.I love the Search Function!
