Hey dudes, at work we are trying to install a software on this machine. it boots successfully. No power issue. No memory issue. However, when it comes to windows setup on the blue screen, it displays error message "setup didnt find any hard disk drive"
even though hdd meets the requirements and displays solid green.

what could be the problem?

Is it running under the UCS manager or standalone? Did you go into the RAID card settings and configure a virtual disk?

Edit: If you have set up a virtual disk, Windows probably doesn't have the drivers for the RAID card you're using by default. You'll have to slipstream them into your installation media or present them during the Windows installation.
