Hi. Personally, I just want to clarify if the CCNA cert is considered a license. Thanks

A certification is totally different. It proves you know x, y, z.Lab:
Combination of GNS3 and Cisco equipment if required. -

docrice Member Posts: 1,706 ■■■■■■■■■■To be blunt, a certification really only means that you had the knowledge at some point to pass a multiple-choice exam. It technically could also mean that someone with your name was able to find their way into a test center and manage a passing score. A cert is just a piece of paper that indicates to an employer that a candidate might know enough to do a certain job. It's not a real qualifier since like a lot of things technology, it becomes a use-it-or-lose-it issue where if you don't practice the skills learned, it fades after a while.Hopefully-useful stuff I've written: http://kimiushida.com/bitsandpieces/articles/
