Resume Critique

I was reviewing my resume and thought it could use a good once over by the good folks of TE.
As you will see I have no education to list so I have focused on what experience I have. I will be sitting for the Security+ in January, then the CCENT in March and should be able to add them to my list of certifications. I am hoping to transition to a network role (i.e. NOC Technician) late 2013, and would like to have my resume reflect that.
No need to be gentle, let me know what is working and what needs to go.

The only changes I would make is to add stronger words to your description and remove weaker words. Instead of "occasional remote system repair" just put in something along the lines of "...on-site AND remote system troubleshooting and repair." Instead of Basic Network Troubleshooting, (that's subjective, your interpretation of basic or mine? Are they the same?) I'd just remove it, as well as occasional phone support. Take out occasional. The way I look at resume's (and certs) is that they get you into an interview, but your knowledge and experience get you the job. Once you are in the interview explain the depth of your remote networking, remote system repair, and phone support/network troubleshooting.https://vWrong.com - Microsoft Certified Trainer 2013-2018 - VMware vExpert 2014-2018 - Cisco Champion 2018 - http://linkedin.com/in/j23evan/
