Noc interview questions

Passed the phone interview. Now on to the real thing. They use vbscript and hp service manager. Have no idea about the service manager so gonna review that and watch some tutorials. Can anyone give me an insight into what the interview would be like? Questions usually asked n material I should brush up on.

What exactly is the position? I would guess you need to brush up on what the position stated were the desired skills??
Also HP Service Manager is horrible, Its HPs Ticket System. My personal opinion on it is that its bloated, slow, and almost useless.

It's called service availability analyst. It's a new position that opened up in the company. I can put up the details later tonight when get home.
