Questions about the windows server 2008 R2 exam

After july you cant take the certification any more? If not, isnt that a waste since no one is using windows server 2012

    It's July 2014, so there's still a year and a half to go. However, if you're just starting out on the cert front I recommend you go the MCSE on Windows Server 2012 route. Why if you ask, because by the time you take all of the EA exams companies will begin to migrate to the new OS. Besides HR have the title MCSE imprinted on their tiny brains, so when the time comes for you to change jobs you'll have the most up-to-date cert and HR will be like - let's get this guy for the first interview atleast.

    Are you sure its not July 2013?
