I have come across a problem while trying to install CUCM 8.6. I am installing the cucm server in VMware on my computer and the message below shows up
Network Boot from AMD AM79C970A
Client MAC ADD: 00 0C 29 ……………
PXE-E53: No boot filename received
PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel PXE ROM
Operating System not found
I have successfully installed cucm 7.0 and presence 8.6 on my Vmware machine, but somehow cucm 8.6 gives me this error.
Has anyone come across this problem before? I tried installing cucm8.6 on a different computer as well in VMware, but the same error comes up.
I tried using different Linux version during the VMware setup as well.

UC Corner: Make a non-bootable ISO image bootableCCNP:Collaboration, CCNP:R&S, CCNA:S, CCNA:V, CCNA, CCENT -
