I just want to know if this rumor is true?
If it will happen a new topic will be added on CCNA 640-802?
I'm currently reviewing and I used todd lammle 6th edition book ,CBT nuggets videos,BryantAdvantage CCNA guide,BOSON
and tons of labs .
I don't know if my preparation is enough if this revision will happen.

Where are the rumors even coming from? Just continue doing what you're doing already. There's no point worrying about it.
    Lab:
Combination of GNS3 and Cisco equipment if required.

Someone asked this same question on Cisco's website, here's a reply -

    Hi,

There is currently no official information from Cisco regarding upcoming updates/changes to the CCNA Certification. However, please conitnue to check the Cisco Learning Network website periodically for any news or announcements regarding certification/exam changes.

I think we'll get news at this year's Cisco Live. The CCIE R&Sv5 is supposed to be announced. The CCNA is in need of a refresh with old technologies as Frame Relay and a greater emphasis on IPv6 and addition of CCP and a few others. They should probably emphasis OSPF more and give an intro to BGP.

Frame relay is still used quite a lot. It's even available on AT&T's website.

    CCNP R/S
