Second shot?

Is MS Doing second shot right now? In the monthly flash they mentioned 2nd shot and discounts for upgrading your MCSA:2008 to MCSE 2012, so there were some packages that you could buy. There was also a blurb that said individual exams also came with a second shot. My question is, is it all single exams are eligible or only the 2012 stuff?
