We are hiring two CCIE engineer in our company, but please is there any way to verified these certification, mean who we can know these CCIE certifications are valid and not fake.

Just remember that you need the name that is on the certificate and the track. Sometimes people have a different name on the cert than what they are using now. Also cciehof.com is good for a quick glance of which people are CCIE, it's not complete though.
