Saw these today and thought they're worth sharing.
Chocolatey: Chocolatey Gallery
Linux-like package manager for Windows. Kind of like a command-line ninite.
ConEmu: conemu-maximus5 - Windows Console Emulator, Far Manager plugins - Google Project Hosting
Tabbed CMD wrapper/emulator for Windows. Allows you to execute (for example) CMD, Powershell CMD, and putty all in different tabs within same window. Easy assigning of hotkeys to hide/minimize as well as macros.
