I logon onto the comptia but it will not let me in.

You don't need to logon to download the exam objectives. Just fill out the following form:
www.comptia.org/certification/A/objectives.aspx

When you fill out the form and push the button below it, it should take you to the next page at which you will see links to the PDF versions of the exam objectives. It's a basic form that works in every browser, so it should work. If you can't open the PDF files, make sure you install a recent version of Acrobat Reader and try right-clicking the link and choose Save As and open them from disk.
