Which book to trust? (Mike Meyers or Syngress)

I have pick up three books to study on the Network+: Mike Meyer's books (All-In-One Third Edition & Passport Second Edition) and Network+ Exam N10-003 from Syngress.

I find that the material in the Mike Meyer's books is quite simple, and easy to understand.

On the other hand the Syngress book goes into more in-detail on how things work-- almost to theory. This makes my head spin.

For example in wireless section the Syngress book covers on DSSS and FHSS while Mike Meyer doesn't touch on this stuff.

I find that I'm being overloaded with information and don't know how indepth I should cover each topic.

How indepth is the Network+ Exam?

Does it go with theory? (Eg. how DSSS or DHCP should work)

Or

More Situation questions? (If bob can't connect what's the problem?)

Which book should I trust to do well for the exam?

Exam Cram2. You actually don't even need a book, technotes from here are the best.

But also out of date with the N10-003 material.

When I studied for my A+, I got Mike Meyers A+ book, but as I remembered it didn't cover all the topics properly.

That is why I got two Network+ books this time around.
