CEH eligibility criteria doubt

Hello Guys,
I know that we need 2 years of security related experience to take this test. I have 8 months of security engineer experience. I was think do they consider educational hours as experience as I have done my Masters degree in IT security. So can this count towards the 2 years we need??

I would think so, but i'm not certain. I know that through the WGU MS:ISA degree, you take the CEH and the CHFI as part of the curriculum. So I would imagine if it's included in a degree, they may consider educational experience as well. I would give them a call and see what they can do for you.

I've never heard about anyone being denied. As with other companies, many kind of experience is acceptable. Put any IT experience on the form and you should be approved.
