The resume is too bunched together, you need to spread it apart. Also its to lengthy on the summary & description. You can be descriptive on the jobs but even the descriptions out between each job. Also, I like to have a section for skills. You have the majority of your skills listed at one job which will lead your "future" employer to believe you only obtained them from one job instead of carrying the skills to each of your previous jobs.

    My opinion. Hope it helps.

Another thing that helps its to lead off your resume with a custom objective, do research on the company who you are turning a resume into, find out what positions you can apply for, and tailor your objection to make the best fit with the company and the position. If a hiring manage has 100 resumes a day to review, they need to filter through the batch as quikcly as possible. Its like a book or a movie, if you dont get engaged by the author within the first few minutes, you wont likely finish the book or the movie.

Some say never do an objective, I always have, and I have never been unemployed icon_thumright.gif

Your first job, the support specialist. There's way too many dashes underneith it. Try to minimize it down to three or four. Don't forget, most likely it's HR that is looking at your resume so really put it in words they could understand easily.

(Not saying what you have is hard to understand, didn't bother reading it because there was way too much)
