Request Paper certificate..

When i request paper certificate from compti, do i just login and submit confirming my address and it should be mailed to me

How long ago did you get it? Would these be older ones? For ones you just got you should just be able to confirm your address and they will send it. Older ones there is a form to fill out and send to Customer Service.

Its a newer one from about a week ago. but i thin you answered it for me.

All I did was confirm my info and request the paper cert

Took a full two weeks to recieve

Included a badge for the wallet
