I would hope someone could write a grant for the school saying "Can't use wifi, need money for wiring, conduits, jacks, switches, patch panels, laptops, labor."In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.

I remember way back in the CB radio craze, folks taking cheap walkie talkies and wiring the transmit switch closed, and tossing them on people's roofs. Would take them forever to find who was jamming them.
