Is a good way to practice working helpdesk or desktop support is joining like a computer repair fourm and help answer people with there problems

    I am guessing you are asking a question with the post. I would says it not a bad place to start. If you know the OS they are troublshoot like the back of you hand it shouldnt be a problem but when you start getting into the weeds on odd pieces of software that is when you will really have to burn alot of time. You may not be able to answer the problem simple because you dont have access to the same hardware or software.
