Advice on when to get it

Ive been studying for my CCENT i'm pretty ready just trying to get the money to be able to take, and later on i will go for part 2 during like the summer. So if i get my CCNA this summer should i move directly to CCNP during the fall. I go to school, and they offer advanced routing and switching classes for CCNP. Should i move straight into ccnp or should i look for a job, get some expirence then go into CCNP.
