Passed CEH today
Passed with an 84... As I am going through WGU's MSISA program, it was required. The test itself was pretty straightforward, and clearly was not written by a native speaker of the English language. (for example, Bob doesn't 'pour' over his event logs, he 'pored' over them. Grammatically the test was awful.
I used the uCertify practive tests from WGU, and they turned out be be MUCH more detailed and difficult than the actual test. I had Matt Walker's AIO as well, and could have easily passed with just that book.
On to CHFI in a few weeks.

I found the test to be similar to what you're saying as well, and from my understanding CHFI is fairly similar on that scale of difficulty. If you find better resources than the WGU ones for that test let me know, the iLab videos are sucking my soul.WGU BS:IT Completed June 30th 2012.
WGU MS:ISA Completed October 30th 2013.
