we get a few alarms of BGPv6 every now and then, but is redundant stuff so doesnt mean much.
No one here gets startled if we get IPv6 alarms.

Its interesting for studying subject, but at least for practical use in Job it doesnt mean anything.

I'm a network consultant so I primarily do new design/installs, but it's of growing importance for us..a LOT of our customers bring up IPv6 when we're talking about a new network or upgrade. Even if they decide not to have us deploy IPv6, they all want to be able to run IPv6 when they're more prepared.

I am a network engineer for an ISP. We are currently researching IPv6, although not that heavily. I think the ISP type companies will be the first to really dig into the IPv6 realm. Planning for the future when laying out your network in the ISP business, I guess you have to start considering this as an option?

As an MSP/Consultant it does comes up, but more so if the hardware supports it and high level details of what they should be aware of when they want to deploy it. IE: How does the routing work, DHCP, Address schemes, and other random stuff.

Still haven't done a full IPv6 deployment yet so... (Except in the labs that is)

None whatsoever. Everyone is on v4 around here in the telecom and home fields. v6 rollout was supposed to have been completed for local ISPs and telecoms but it just hasn't happened for some reason.

We have no devices running on IPv6 at this time and it has not been brought up at all.
