Pictures/Video/Demo of WLC/WCS/Navigator GUIs?

Anyone know of a good resource for this? I'm sure there will be questions about which button to click or where to go in the interface and I want some way of seeing this stuff in more detail that is covered in the Quick Reference.

If you wanted a configuration manual, a good resource would be cisco.com > all products > Products > Wireless > Whatever product you need.

The configuration guides have GUI/CLI examples.
