here's the question:

you issue the following commands on routerD:

RouterD>enable
RouterD#configure terminal
RouterD (config) #interface fa0/0
RouterD (config-if)#description enable interface

Which of the following statements is most accurate? (select the best answer)
A - A message of the day banner will be displayed to users who connect through the fa0/0 interface
B - The fa0/0 interface will be enabled
C - A description will be configured for the fa0/0 interface
D - A login message will be displayed before a user logs in

what am i missing? is the description command in the wrong syntax? I can't see how the answer isn't C

    Router(config-if)#description enable interface
    Router(config-if)#do sh int fa0/1 | inc Description
    Description: enable interface

The answer is correct, a description will be configured and the description will be "enable interface"

yep... C is the right answer. Looks to me that they are just trying to throw you with the enable in the description for the interface. Don't think too much into it. Those Boson Exam preps are designed to try and throw you because they figure if you can pass their stuff, you'll be good for the real deal.

my bad - i figured it out later on

when you click "retake incorrect questions" most of the time it takes you only to the incorrect questions.
But like 1 in 5 times it takes you to the first incorrect question, say #14, and when you click the green arrow it takes you to question #15 even if it was right, then to 16,17,18 etc.

the first time i used it, it went from 14 to 27 to 30 and skipped the correct ones, so i wasn't even thinking that the question may already be marked correct.
