Compact flash for Cisco routers
Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if other 3rd party flash cards will also work with Cisco routers. Has anyone tried or have experience with them? I was thinking about grabbing a Sandisk for my 2821 and need some advice from those who have tried it. Any bad experiences with it?

Yes, they work just fine.
Remember to format! (in correct format). FAT16 if I remember correctly.
But, don't rely on my word.
Make sure you research this a bit more thoroughly.

Formatting in the router is more then enough for use in routers
