Critique my resume

Looking to have my resume critiqued. I have been in IT for a few years and deal with CIO level customers for large organizations everyday and wonder how they get there with the experience they show me. My thought is my resume isn't up to par so I am putting it out for TE to critique

I would list the cert like you did everything else:

Microsoft Certified SystemsAdministrator
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
Microsoft Certified Professional
A+ Certified
Dell Certified for parts ordering
Lenovo Certified forparts Replacement

Add the microsoft and A+ logo to fill space since you are going to have two pages and I guess that's why you did the certification that way.
