Building a Map of the Routing Protocols

What's the best/easiest/only way to create a topology of the OSPF areas / interfaces in each are etc...
I want to have an overview of the topology that the routing protocols are using, e.g which Interfaces sit in which areas, where each router sits etc..
Doing this for Devices I would use CDP, but for the OSPF/EIGRP map, I'm unsure how to proceed with this.
