Even if he is on a home network, there is no need to be in root all the time. Especially when you are learning. I really don't think Kali is the optimal solution here.Yes, I am a criminal. What distros does CompTIA recommend to use for studying Linux+? Are the Linux+ objective topics are fairly distro-neutral, or do they throw some RH-specific material in there?
