Hi guys, I was wondering what services you would recommend to back up an office receptionist when she is away or on vacation.
I'm looking for a remote service; basically someone located remotely who can transfer calls for us without the customer knowing that she is off-site.
I also need to address compliance with privacy and confidentiality. Also, if has to be integrated seamlessly with our current PBX, that would be great.
What are some recommended services for ~150 users?
