How long did you study before you passed A+?

Hi guys! Im wondering. how long did you study before you passed A+?
or at present how many days/weeks/month are you studying? :)

    I think it will depend on your current level of comfort and knowledge with the course-ware.

    Personally, I THOUGHT I'd be able to bang out the A+ in less than a month. After all, I already had my Network+ and my Security+, and both of those only took me about a month of studying.

    In the end, it took me over 2 months to study for the A+. And even tho I got 850+ on both the Net+ and Sec+, I barely passed the A+. I got low 700s on both my exams.

    There's a lot of factors in how long it'll take you to pass the cert. It'll have a lot to do with how much experience you currently have, how motivated/enthusiastic you are, how much free time you have, and the method of studying you use.

    However, there is a LOT material on that test. It doesn't go very deep but it goes ridiculously wide. Be prepared for that.

    How far are you into your own studies? What study sources are you using?
