Passing score
Hi on the Comptia website it says the following about the passing score:
Passing score
500
(on a scale of 200-800)
What percentage is that? are they saying there is 600 points to get and you need 500 or saying the points start at 200 and you need to get it to 500 to pass?
Thanks,

On the serious side, I never understood the reason for this kind of a scale. So this thread triggered me to research the question - and the best explanation that turned up was this: Scoring models that don't start at zero - Straight Dope Message Board“You don’t become great by trying to be great. You become great by wanting to do something, and then doing it so hard that you become great in the process.” (c) xkcd #896
