I would saw W3 Schools as well. You may also find some good preview tutorials at Learn Web Design, Web Development, and More | Treehouse -

HTML and CSS are pretty easy. W3Schools is by far the best online resource. If you're looking to actually develop websites you're going to find that google is your best resource, especially for things like IE fixes and stuff like that.
