Do you need to hold the MCT to teach MOS classes?

I trying to research for a friend if you need to hold the MCT to teach MOS classes. I've looked at MS and was unable to find the answer.

Based on my documentation (rules that came with my original/first MCT certification), only MCT's can legally deliver MOC (apparently this includes MOS MOC).

I'll check with Microsoft in the morning and get back with a definite answer for ya.

According to Microsoft. You have to become a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor. 1.) That would include taking a exam for each office application (2 of which expert level). Other requirements can be found by clicking on the link. I taught office for years. First in the public school sector then in corporate world.
