Cisco 1751-V vs. 1760

in CCNA & CCENT
I saw these two routers for the same price. I'm currently working on my CCNA: R&S. But, even if I don't decide to get CCNA: V, I would like to have something that I can experiment with voice on and still use for CCNA: R&S. This would be [as best I can tell] either a 1750 Series, 1760 Series, or 2800 Series for routers and something with PoE for switches. What differences other than the number of VIC slots and Rack-Mountability would there be between the 1751-V and 1760. I read somewhere that the 1751-V has some improvements just for voice, hence the "-V"

The 1751-V (I think) is only capable of 32M flash.
On the plus side, as the 1751's have a power brick they are silent.
