HI
Well im 14 and have taken this exam b4 but failed with a score of 609 my revision material i bought off ebay silly me didnt think to check for sp2. After spending the afternoon reading through posts i feel dead set on passing it with pride but i am still at a loss with sp2. Is there any documents on it that explain its effects? All of the ris and installing windows there was hardly any when i took it and that was my best subject but there was loads of sp2 questions which i was totally unprepared for

Follow the links below: "After you install" on the page KiwiBJ pointed out and also the links at the bottom of this one:
www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/maintain/winxpsp2.mspx
(below the Security, Features and Functionality, Managing the Environment)
and the links here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?pr=windowsxpsp2it
More importantly, use the new/changed SP2 features on a Windows XP SP2 system and preferably read the help files regarding those features.

There is also some free Microsoft™ Official E-Learning Clinics on Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2)
https://www.microsoftelearning.com/xpsp2/
but as Johan said, nothing can replace practical experience on an XP SP2 system.

I have seen posts about concerns about questions on this topic. I havent myself seen any books on it for the exam so ive had to source info from the net. Some of you may find the following Microsoft guide useful:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/deploy/spdeploy.mspx#ECAA
If i find any other useful articles (MS or otherwise, I shall post)
Good luck!
