70-648 - questions regarding score report

Hi everyone
I have failed 70-648 few days ago. I have a rough idea in which areas I'll have to improve, but the score report for this exam made me rage. It is different than 2003 exams when a print out you'd get would have a 'needs development - strong' bar for each section of the exam. All I got after 70-648 was a component result for 70-640, 70-642 with no specific details. Is this Microsoft's new aproach for score reports to make passing them even harder, or did I get a dodgy print out somehow with page 2 missing?

My 70-648 exam report was the same.
Think it is just how the upgrade exams are scored unfortunately
