Cannot do prt sc on XP
I have one user who has lost the ability to do a screen shot. She on occasion needs to send something out this way, and attach it in an email. Nothing she does seems to work. Even when logging in remotely, I cannot accomplish a screen shot on this one machine. Ive done a Windows repair, even re-ran Office just in case that was the issue.
Everything is set to HTML where it should be. Just anything you try to paste in Word, Outlook even Paint just gives a red X. I'd love to just wipe it out and start from scratch, but that is not on the agenda.
