Help: 2821 with no output, not even rommon

The SYS ACT and CF lights come on solid, it appears to turn on and do its fan cycles, but I also noticed that the switchport connected to the GE0/0 of the 2821 does not light.

I tried replacing the pwr supply, but same symptoms

I watched the normal light boot process on one of my working 2821s and it looks like:
SYS PWR and CF lights blink at random intervals. Once booted up, SYS PWR goes solid, CF goes off, and SYS ACT blinks occasionally.

Again, the problem 2821 lightsup the SYS ACT and CF solid right away

Says if SYS PWR is off, but fans are running, then :

"Failure in one or more system board components. Contact Cisco technical support. Refer to the Obtaining Technical Assistance section of the Cisco 2800 Series Hardware Documents: Introduction and Warnings online document. "

Fixed it! lol it was the PVDMs for some reason they were causing the pwr/boot failure. swapped them out, (I had some spares) and its back up and running. I guess this post is a classic tech support case of "let me google that for you"

if you cant even get connected through the console port TAC will RMA the router if you have smart net coverage. Glad you found a fix.
