I wanted to know what people thought of IT college career studies certifications? I'm currently seeking my associates in Information Technology and along with that my community college offers a few Career Study Certificates you can get for Network Administration, Network Enterprise Administrator - Windows 2008, Network Infrastructure Specialist (CISCO) and Network Security and I know other colleges offer similar certificates and I wanted to know if they are worth going for and if they really could help further my career. Do employers take these college certifications seriously? Here is some info on them from the college website of the IST programs.
