full-form of Nbr

Hi
I have just two questions at present.If someone kindly answers me ,will be very happy.
1)what is the full-form of Nbr in Prio.Nbr header?

2) I am trying to run the below command in packet tracer 5.3.3.0019 version -

"show spanning tree root " - in the enable mode . But the packet tracer is giving error-

"% Invalid input detected at '^' marker." The '^' marker is below the "root" word in the above command line

You might want to try 'show spanning tree ?' to see what commands are available. In my Packet Tracer experience, some commands are not available.
