software prob
i got hold of the A+ Practice exams from Total Seminars but i can't get it to work with either winxp or win2000. Every time i try to run it, an error message 'Java.Exe has encountered a problem and needs to close'. What does this mean? I've contacted them and they've tried to help but they can't figure out the solution!

what version of internet explorer are you running? i had a copy of meyers passport for network+ and it would not run because a computer in my lab was running windows 98se with no updates and it ran fine on a computer in my study which had a newer version of internet explorer.A+ Moderator -

i am saying i had problems running a cd from a meyers book on a computer with an unmodified internet explorer, and it worked fine on a computer that had an updated version of internet explorer.A+ Moderator
