70-647 case studies

Hi

So am taking the 70-647 next month, I hear its a tough exam.

I'm a bit confused about the case study format, can anyone tell me who has taken the exam (without breaking NDA) if they've had case studies whether they were timed separately on the case studies to the rest of the exam? Just want to prepare myself.
