Backup Implementation Plan

I've been going through some of my standard documents and cleaning them up, it was going well until I hit a wall with backup plan documents. I think I have everything covered from reading articles but I don't see any plans available online geared towards small businesses, only large corporations. I'm mainly looking to see if there is common formatting, how specific do you need to be about what files to backup and where they are located, include screenshots or not and things like that.
