I've Googled around, however I really can't find an answer.
Am I able to use Putty from my Windows 7 desktop and SSH into various devices in GNS3?

Yes. You just have to connect the GNS3 Network into your home network using the Host node. You can do anything you can do with a real network: SSH, Telnet, SDM (If you have the right version of Java), etc...R&S: CCENT → CCNA → CCNP → CCIE [ ]
