Ldifde Referral error

I'm doing the practice in the 70-640 exam book (p 713) and i'm trying to do this command,

ldifde -i -f MS-ADLDS-DisplaySpecifiers.ldf -s SERVER03:50004 -b Username Domain Password

First off, i had to lose the "-m" as it told me it was supported on importing, and change -a to a -b. When i run it i get an Line 17 error stating "referral was returned from the server".

Been playing around for an hour now and can't figure out what i'm doing wrong ?? Driving me mad, hoping some bright person will be able to assist. Nothing but hassle on the LDS part.
