SCCM or Server 08 R2 Certs

I've been wondering which of these certs would be best and more rewarding to take. I am leaning towards system Admin future roles and would like to start with Server 08 but, the company I have started working for, heavily depends on SCCM and my boss had already mentioned getting me trained. So I would like to get a head start and start doing to reading and research on SCCM so that I will have a good feel for it by the time I start my training, but I'm also worried that I will get started with Server 08 and will be asked to go train for SCCM. it's quite a concern for me right now so, any advice would be very much appreciated.
